who will hide behind the cities purse string, for personal gain, overlooking
problems! A
person who willing will not accept the faults of those who are under their
commission! One
who has been intimidated by the Mayor and have been told not to speak up! A
person who will hide behind others and blames them the for mess they create! One who know that their boss is wrong and a lair and
to afraid to tell it! A
person who wears dirty panties and cover them with clean clothes! One
who is not responsible enough to deal with matters at hand! |
I blame the Mayor for the things that have taken place throughout the Portland Police Bureau’s past and present; it is under her watch, and supervision. She should stop using others as pawns and accept her shortcomings.
